To create extra car parking and entertaining space in this heritage-listed Toorak residence, Edition had to dig under the existing property. The striking renovation gave the home an additional underground basement featuring a casino-like bar, theatre room, wine cellar and his and hers bathrooms, along with a passenger lift and a car lift with a turntable.

The large basement now accommodates as many as eight cars in addition to the extra living spaces. This complex build worked seamlessly with the existing two-level home. The grand scale of the project also saw us lay a full-size tennis court above the basement.
