Because this home was heritage listed, Edition was required to keep the front façade and fully demolish behind it. The challenge was to demolish the existing two-storey property while propping and protecting the front existing wall.

The new build was a three level home including a six-car-space basement. The front two rooms retained a heritage style with a huge fireplace area while the modern kitchen featured super white stone throughout. The project included a magnificent new pool and spa with huge decking areas and an indoor / outdoor balcony at the rear overlooking the deck and pool.
