This project was a three-storey home with a basement cut into the natural slope of the land. It featured a metal cladding, render and timber façade, and a rock-face feature wall. The house wrapped around a pool with a tennis court at the rear.
The home has a suspended slab basement with in-slab heating. The basement level has six car spaces and a music room and is connected to the first floor with a dumb waiter. A striking internal feature of the home is a dramatic 7m void that faces out to the pool area.
